Honey badgers are famous for being fearless, unbothered by threats twice their size — exactly the mindset behind every home we build.

Build Your Fiercely Protective Home

Stronger. Safer. Significantly More Energy Efficient Homes for Southeast Michigan.

A home designed for comfort, protection, and peace of mind for generations.

This is a demonstration we give on factory tours showing the application of a 3,600ºF torch flame to one inch of our foam insulation. This foam will never melt, unlike EPS (polystyrene) foam, and when it chars over you see it protects itself.

This video clip is meant to give you an idea of the effort (or lack of effort) for setting a single panel. After foam sealant is applied the panel is set in place and then cam locks engaged. After the roof is on the panels will then be attached to the base plate.

Truly Green

Eco-Panels uses one of the most advanced closed-cell polyurethane foams on the market — a highly efficient insulating and structural core that offers nearly double the R-value of standard expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam.

The foam is made from a poly-alcohol base derived from post-process sugar beets, includes post-consumer recycled content, is Class 1 fire retardant, and never melts. It carries a global warming potential (GWP) of less than one, with no ozone-depleting potential, no styrene, no formaldehyde, no VOCs, and none of the brominated flame retardants common in standard EPS foams.

In 2019, Eco-Panels' foam passed the California Department of Public Health's strictest indoor air quality standard — CDPH Standard 01350 v1.2 — the same benchmark used to certify materials for school classrooms, private offices, and single-family homes.

A Tighter, Stronger Building Envelope

Eco-Panels replace traditional framed walls with a single continuous insulated panel — sealing out drafts, moisture, and weak points before they start.

Why We Build Better

Most new construction is still built to the minimum standard. Darling Homes by GoodFind LLC uses a stronger, smarter approach using Eco-Panels, a structural insulated panel system designed to be strong enough to stand up to hurricane force winds, reduce thermal bridging, improve energy efficiency, and create a tighter building envelope.

For homeowners, that means, less energy waste, ultimate resistance to the elements, and a home designed with long-term durability in mind.

Family Protection

Advanced building methods provide greater resistance to extreme weather, improved energy performance, and a healthier, quieter living environment.

Land location / Utilities

Before we build, we evaluate the property, utilities, and site conditions to help avoid surprises and make smarter decisions.

What Happens Next?

Building a Better Home does not have to feel overwhelming. We guide you through

each step so you can move forward with confidence.

What you are looking for, but better.

We will work with your vision and provide you with a Darling Fortress.

2. We Identify the Right Questions

Utilities, zoning, budget, timing, financing, land condition, and long-term goals all matter.

3. You Decide What Makes Sense

You don't need to jump in and agree to buy "a package", we provide a pre-construction contract where we work together to establish local regulations, utilities, etc. so you have all the information and correct pricing.

The goal is clarity first, not pressure.

Example Floor Plan

Flexible layouts designed around real life.

Our modest-sized homes are designed with flexibility in mind. Because there are no interior load-bearing walls, you have the freedom to adjust the layout to better fit your lifestyle,

needs, and future plans.

Bring us a blueprint, share your vision, or let us help you explore what is possible with a

Darling Fortress Home.
